Tolerance program

Mission

 

The mission of the program is to foster social values with diminution of anti-bias and stereotype, while increasing tolerance through rough the society. The program includes various projects related to anti-bias.

 

Goal

 

The goal of the program is to increase tolerance with trainings and education. For years we were focusing on anti-bias in education, and recently we opened to other sectors as well. We have realized that there is a great need for anti-bias in various sectors (public institutions, health care, etc.). Our goal is to work in different sectors with diminution of anti-bias, racism and stereotype, and to foster democratic attitudes.

 

Staff

 

The program works with 1 program manager, 30 trainers and a board. Trainers works exclusively for Ec-Pec Foundation. Trainers are trained each year with innovative training methods. Board is dealing with new methods and developing training materials.
